Rules and Regulations
1. Seating Capacity:
a) The seating capacity of auditorium is 300 individuals.
b) The client is responsible for ensuring that the number of attendees does not exceed the specified limit.
2. Equipment and Facilities:
a) The auditorium is equipped with 8 feet x 20 feet high resolution 2400 x 800 LED wall.
b) A state-of-the-art Acoustic/Sound system with mixer facility. Max. sound output 3200 Watts.
3. Booking and Timings:
a) The auditorium can be booked for a minimum slot of 4 hours. The rental duration includes setup and teardown time.
b) Timing slots - Morning 9.00 A.M to 2.00 P.M (Only on Sundays & Public/School Holidays)
Evening 3.00 P.M to 8.00 P.M
Regular Days - Evening 3.00 P.M to 8.00 P.M (Lights will be switch off once time is over)
d) Extension of time is subject to availability and will only be permitted if there is no confirmed booking in the next slot.
4. Refreshments:
a) Only JAIN dry snacks & Tea/Coffee to be brought by the party and served only in designated area (Passage). In any case it should not be brought inside auditorium.
b) Clients must serve snacks on disposable plates and avoid damage to flooring or interiors.
c) Tea/Coffee can be provided at an extra cost.
d) Responsibility to clear disposable waste lies with the client.
5. Compliance:
a) The client must comply with all local laws, regulations, and fire safety codes.
b) The management reserves the right to terminate the event in case of non-compliance.
c) In case of any damage/s made to Equipment's, Interior etc decision about quantum of damage and changes (penalty) to be levied will of management only and should be paid by the party immediately on demand.
6. Security and Safety:
a) The client is responsible for the security of their belongings and event attendees.
b) Exit doors should be kept clear at all times.
7. Additional Services:
a) Any additional services required (ushers, technical support, etc.) can be arranged at an extra cost.
(USHER = A person who shows people to their seats in auditorium). Parking not available
8. Reservations:
a) Reservations can be made through out office.
b) Full payment is required in advance to confirm the booking.
9. Cancellation Policy:
a) If cancellation is done in less than one/two week before the event then 100% rental charges will be charged.
b) If cancellation is done in less than one month before the event ten 25%/50% rental charges will be charged.
10. Do's and Dont's:
a) Respect the scheduled booking time. Respect the property and equipment.
b) Use equipment responsibly.
c) Inform the management promptly about any damages or issues.
d) Follow safety guidelines.
e) Do not use tape, nails, or any adhesive on the walls, floors, or any part of the auditorium.
f) No crackers, open flames or pyrotechnics are allowed.
g) No drums, Trumpets or any music playing outside the auditorium.
h) No additional/extra decorations allowed.
i) Do not modify the lighting or electrical systems.
j) Do not exceed the approved seating capacity.
k) Do not bring in outside catering without prior approval.
l) The client is responsible for any damage to the auditorium's property.
m) Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the auditorium and in entire school premises.
n) No pets allowed.
o) No illegal activities or substances are permitted on the premises.
p) Handle the LED wall with care.
q) No food or drinks allowed near the LED wall.
r) In case of any damage, the client is responsible for repair or replacement costs.
s) Only authorized personnel are allowed to operate the sound system.
u) Sound levels played must comply with local noise regulations.
v) Damages to the sound system due to misuse will result in additional repair charges.
w) Clients are required to use electricity responsibly and report any issues promptly.
x) The auditorium should be left in the same condition as it was provided. Cleaning charges cover basic clean-up. Excessive cleaning requirements will incur additional charges.
(These conditions can be modified as per need and finalized in meeting)
Note: All charges are subject to change, and clients will be notified of any updates. Failure to comply with the rules and regulations may result in additional charges or cacellation of future bookings.

Cleaning Charges:
a) Cleaning charges for the auditorium after use: Rs. 3000/-
Security Deposite:
a) A refundable security deposit of Rs. 50000/- is required at the time of booking. This will be returned within 15 days after the event, deducting any additional charges incurred.
*ALL BOOKING WILL BE BOOKED AGAINST 100% PAYMENT
+ 18% GST Extra Applicable
